How the scores are built
- Twice a month we pull raw metrics for each English outcode from our open-data backbone.
- Each metric is ranked nationally into a 0–100 percentile.
- Percentiles are combined with persona-specific weights (e.g. Family = 30% crime inverse + 25% school quality + 20% affordability + ...).
- Outcodes with insufficient data — e.g. a force-level crime publication gap — are scored only on the metrics that are reliable, and flagged.
