Every number should survive scrutiny. Each page states the metric's inputs and vintages, a computation a reviewer can follow, how samples are handled, and what the metric cannot tell you. Metrics without a page here are not publicised — the standard is the gate, not decoration.
Green premium — energy-efficient price premium

Sold prices & comparables

Energy Performance Certificates
v1.0EPC figures are certificate attributes from the official register, keyed by UPRN and postcode — a passthrough with stated vintages, not an estimate.
