What Rightmove gives you
Asking price · listing photos · EPC summary · floor area · sometimes broadband speed.
What it deliberately doesn't give you: anything that might put a buyer off the listing. Estate agents pay for prominence, and "this postcode has higher-than-average burglary rates" doesn't help conversion.
What you actually need before offering
We've built property reports for £14.95 that cover all 25 of these. You can also pull most of them yourself, free, from official sources — here's the cheat sheet.

What we add that nobody else does
+Outcode rankings — every active English outcode scored 0–100 against three buyer profiles, refreshed weekly. See them.
+Cross-source plausibility — if a metric looks suspicious (e.g. low crime + high amenity density), we flag it instead of trusting the source.
+All in one PDF — the £14.95 report bundles all 25 sources with citations + retrieval timestamps.
